Traces d'écriture, traces de pratiques, traces d'identités

open access: yes, 2009
Relationships between the concept of « trace » on the web and social exchange forms are more often thought as direct registration of social forms on the web. The idea of « trace » is here questionned from the mediation realized by websites, by involving, enlisting, incorporating traces of location, people, objects of the world.

Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

NeuroEditor: a tool to edit and visualize neuronal morphologies

open access: yesFrontiers in Neuroanatomy
The digital extraction of detailed neuronal morphologies from microscopy data is an essential step in the study of neurons. Ever since Cajal’s work, the acquisition and analysis of neuron anatomy has yielded invaluable insight into the nervous system ...

La qualité différenciée de la viande bovine. La nécessaire stratégie d'innovation [PDF]

open access: yesBiotechnologie, Agronomie, Société et Environnement, 2003
Differentiation of beef meat by quality. The necessary strategy of innovation. The beef meat supply chain faces with a very delicate situation: on the long term, red meat consumption in the Western countries is declining to benefit of meats of ...

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Tracing KAM tori in presymplectic dynamical systems

open access: yes, 2012
We present a KAM theorem for presymplectic dynamical systems. The theorem has a " a posteriori " format. We show that given a Diophantine frequency $\omega$ and a family of presymplectic mappings, if we find an embedded torus which is approximately ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...
