Track compensation with audiofrequency track circuits
Electrical Systems for Aircraft, Railway and Ship Propulsion, 2010Track Circuits (TCs) are the most diffused and popular train detection system and they are in close relationship to the concept of track integrity, in terms of robustness with respect to and monitoring of track defects (such as broken rails, component disconnection, etc.).

We consider tracking as a binary classification problem, where an ensemble of weak classifiers is trained online to distinguish between the object and the background. The ensemble of weak classifiers is combined into a strong classifier using AdaBoost.

Optical track initiator for multitarget tracking
Applied Optics, 1988An optical processor for multitarget track initiation is presented. It uses the Hough transform to detect target tracks in a fixed time independent of the number of tracks present. In new results, we describe how the system produces target position and velocity estimates in linear time (with the number of targets). Tests of the system are presented for

Path tracking control of tracked vehicles
Proceedings 2000 ICRA. Millennium Conference. IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation. Symposia Proceedings (Cat. No.00CH37065), 2002A path tracking control algorithm for tracked surface drilling machines is presented. The general dynamic model of such vehicle is simulated including track-soil interactions. The controller is based on feedback linearization of the equations with feedforward friction compensation.

Track Fusion with Legacy Track Sources
2006 9th International Conference on Information Fusion, 2006The problem of track-to-track association and track fusion has been considered in the literature where the fusion center has access to multiple track estimates and the associated estimation error covariances from local sensors, as well as their cross covariances.

Influence of the Sensor Local Track Covariance on the Track-to-Track Sensor Fusion
2015 IEEE 18th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems, 2015The information fusion of the processed sensory tracks is carried out using track-to-track fusion algorithms. The performance analysis of a selected track-to-track fusion algorithms under different sensory track covariance configurations are carried out in this paper.

The advancement of tracking technology has given people new ways to understand and rediscover themselves. These technologies provide new and unique challenges to individual privacy, particularly when privacy breaches become less apparent, and users are not adequately aware of privacy regulations and risks. Nonetheless, research on privacy concerns with

People-tracking-by-detection and people-detection-by-tracking
2008 IEEE Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, 2008Both detection and tracking people are challenging problems, especially in complex real world scenes that commonly involve multiple people, complicated occlusions, and cluttered or even moving backgrounds. People detectors have been shown to be able to locate pedestrians even in complex street scenes, but false positives have remained frequent.

Information handover for track-to-track correlation
Information Fusion, 2003Abstract The ability of an intercepting missile to select a high-value target in a ballistic missile threat complex would be enhanced if offboard radar tracks on the threat are transmitted to the intercepting missile and combined with the onboard infrared (IR) track picture. Correct track-to-track correlation, however, is a prerequisite to successful

Research on the Adaptive Tracking Method for the Tracking of the Track of the Long-Jump Athletes
2020In order to improve the accuracy of long jump in long jump, combined with computer vision image processing method to correct the long jump trajectory in long jump, an adaptive tracking method of long jump trajectory tracking image based on machine vision tracking detection is proposed, and the video point frame scanning method is used to collect the ...
