Analyses of Fractures that have Caused Traffic Accidents
The paper analyses some fractures of vehicle components which have caused traffic accidents. The methods of analysing the cause of fracture have been described, as well as the main types of fractures. The first analysed cause of a fracture is the excessively rough machine finish which leaves cracks (stress concentrators), the starting points of crack ...

Isolation Defines Identity: Functional Consequences of Extracellular Vesicle Purification Strategies
Four extracellular vesicle purification strategies are compared using ovarian‐cancer ascites and ES‐2 cell supernatants. A novel workflow links purification to function by combining particle‐normalized proteomics with matched cell‐free and cell‐based assays.

Analysing campus traffic using the meter-MIB
The University of Twente, which is the only campus university in the Netherlands, connects all students living on the campus via 100 Mbit/s switched Ethernet links to the campus network. This student network not only interconnects all students among themselves, but also provides, via a 300 Mbit/s link, access to other parts of the university network as

Cerebral organoids are transforming brain research, yet the field remains fragmented. This comprehensive systematic review maps 738 studies published between 2014 and 2024 to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities across neuroscience. Introducing OrganoidMap—an interactive, open‐access platform to explore and compare models—this work enables ...

The biomimetic nanoplatform IMNP (ETS1 pDNA/PBAE@ITP‐MM) undergoes targeted disassembly at inflammatory vascular sites to release the ETS1 plasmid (pETS1). This release initiates a cascade of effects that inhibit pathogenic pathways and support immune homeostasis. (Abbreviations: EndMT, endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition; EC, endothelial cell; TC, T

A two‐phase workflow (OFAT screening followed by central composite design) maps how processing variables tune PFCE‐PLGA nanoparticle size, dispersity, surface charge, loading, and 19F‐MRI signal. In situ, time‐resolved synchrotron SAXS tracks albumin‐corona growth on intact dispersions and reveals PFCE‐dependent adsorption pathways.

This review explores how alternative invertebrate and small‐vertebrate models advance the evaluation of nanomaterials across medicine and environmental science. By bridging cellular and organismal levels, these models enable integrated assessment of toxicity, biodistribution, and therapeutic performance.
