Delivery of Pleckstrin‐Homology Domains Suppresses PI3K/Akt Signaling and Breast Cancer Metastasis
Current therapies curb tumor growth but not metastasis. Obscurin, a giant metastasis suppressor lost in breast cancer, restrains PI3K/Akt signaling but is impractical to restore. We deploy a mini‐obscurin, comprising the obscurin‐PH‐domain, which sequesters PI3K‐p85, potently suppressing invasion and metastasis.

Short-time prediction for traffic flow based on wavelet de-noising and LSTM model
Aiming at the problem that some existing traffic flow prediction models are only for a single road segment and the model input data are not pre-processed, a heuristic threshold algorithm is used to de-noise the original traffic flow data after wavelet ...

Dynamic trend fusion module for traffic flow prediction
Accurate traffic flow prediction is essential for applications like transport logistics but remains challenging due to complex spatio-temporal correlations and non-linear traffic patterns. Existing methods often model spatial and temporal dependencies separately, failing to effectively fuse them.

ABSTRACT Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) exhibits addiction to chronic endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, which sustains an aggressive metastatic phenotype through activation of the unfolded protein response (UPR). Here, we identify a previously unrecognized “ER‐stress addiction” axis in which the Hippo pathway effector TEAD4 directly ...

Freeway Origin Destination Matrices: Not as Simple as They Seem [PDF]
Travel demand can be elegantly represented using an Origin-Destination (OD) matrix. The link counts observed on the network are produced by the underlying travel demand. One could use these counts to reconstruct the OD matrix.

Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...

A Microbial Lipid‐ATP Synthase Axis Fuels NK Cell Antitumor Activity
This study focuses on the mechanism by which gut microbiota‐derived outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) regulate NK cell antitumor activity. B. intestinalis is identified to decrease extra‐intestinal tumor growth via its OMVs enriched in sphingosine (SP).
