"اسلامی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں مروّ جہ پاکستانی ٹریفک قوانین کی پاسداری کی اہمیت: ایک تجزیاتی مطالعہ The Importance of the adherence to the Existing Pakistani Traffic Rules and Regulations in the light of Islamic Teachings: An Analytical Study "

open access: yesالإيضاح, 2016
Islam is a comprehensive code of conduct which encompasses to each sphere of human life. This also owns and endorses those manmade rules which serve the cause of humanity and not entering to its fundamentals.

Autophagosome marker, LC3, is released extracellularly via several distinct pathways

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This study establishes a novel HiBiT‐tagging system for ultrasensitive detection of LC3, revealing multiple pathways for its extracellular secretion. It demonstrates that LC3 is released via both autophagy‐dependent and ‐independent mechanisms, including a novel route for nonlipidated LC3‐I.

SIRT4 positively regulates autophagy via ULK1, but independently of HDAC6 and OPA1

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Cells expressing SIRT4 (H161Y), a catalytically inactive mutant of the sirtuin SIRT4, fail to upregulate LC3B‐II and exhibit a reduced autophagic flux under stress conditions. Interestingly, SIRT4(H161Y) promotes phosphorylation of ULK1 at S638 and S758 that are associated with inhibition of autophagy initiation.

The role of lipid metabolism in neuronal senescence

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Disrupted lipid metabolism, through alterations in lipid species or lipid droplet accumulation, can drive neuronal senescence. However, lipid dyshomeostasis can also occur alongside neuronal senescence, further amplifying tissue damage. Delineating how lipid‐induced senescence emerges in neurons and glial cells, and how it contributes to ageing and ...

BMI‐1 modulation and trafficking during M phase in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The schematic illustrates BMI‐1 phosphorylation during M phase, which triggers its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In cycling cells, BMI‐1 functions within the PRC1 complex to mediate H2A K119 monoubiquitination. Following PTC596‐induced M phase arrest, phosphorylated BMI‐1 dissociates from PRC1 and is exported to the cytoplasm via its

Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...

Ontology-Based Method for Identifying Abnormal Ship Behavior: A Navigation Rule Perspective

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
Navigation rules are critical for regulating ship behavior, and effective water traffic management requires accurate identification of ships exhibiting abnormal behavior that violates these rules.
