Reducing Personalization Time and Energy Cost While Walking Outdoors with a Portable Exosuit
Rapid Real‐World Optimization! An AF‐based human‐in‐the‐loop optimization strategy rapidly personalizes a portable hip extension exosuit for incline walking. Real‐time Bayesian optimization of assistive force significantly reduces metabolic energy—up to 16.2%—while converging in just 3 min 24 s.

Over speed detection using Artificial Intelligence [PDF]
Over speeding is one of the most common traffic violations. Around 41 million people are issued speeding tickets each year in USA i.e one every second. Existing approaches to detect over- speeding are not scalable and require manual efforts.

Traffic Sign Detection for Micromobility
In recent years there's been an increase in the number or users of micromobility vehicles for everyday commute inside the city. At the same time technologies for autonomous and assisted driving for cars have been improving and entering the market. In this thesis we propose a proof of concept to join both fields and develop an automatic detector using a

Fast and Lightweight Vision-Language Model for Adversarial Traffic Sign Detection
Several attacks have been proposed against autonomous vehicles and their subsystems that are powered by machine learning (ML). Road sign recognition models are especially heavily tested under various adversarial ML attack settings, and they have proven ...

Using iPSC‐derived motoneurons and postmortem tissue from FUS‐ALS patients, it is demonstrated that increased mitochondrial transcription leads to elevated cytosolic double‐stranded RNA (dsRNA) levels. This aberrant accumulation activates a RIG‐I–dependent innate immune response leading to neurodegeneration, which is amenable for FDA‐ and EMA‐approved ...

Structural and Functional Characterization of EXPO‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles in Plants
In this study, 3D electron tomography (ET), cryo‐ET, and immunogold transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are employed to characterize plant extracellular vesicles (EVs) under physiological conditions. EVs are classified into three distinct categories according to their size, content, and molecular‐marker profiles. Furthermore, Exo70E2‐positive medium

PD‐1 Inhibits CD4+ TRM‐Mediated cDC1 Mobilization via Suppressing JAML in Human NSCLC
CD4+ tissue‐resident memory T cells (TRMs) in non‐small cell lung cancer recruit conventional type 1 dendritic cells via XCL1‐XCR1 signaling, orchestrating antitumor immunity. The costimulatory molecule JAML is essential for this process. PD‐1 blockade restores JAML expression and cDC1 mobilization, while JAML agonists synergize with anti‐PD‐1 therapy,
