Method for Establishing a Spatial Database of Traffic Signs with Machine Learning

open access: yesMedia Komunikasi Teknik Sipil, 2023
Traffic signs are part of road equipment whose existence is very important, in addition to functioning as warnings, prohibitions, orders, or instructions for road users, traffic signs are also a means to reduce accidents and regulate driver behavior ...

TRAFFIC SIGN DESCRIPTION SYSTEM

open access: yesinternational journal of engineering technology and management sciences, 2022
Traffic Sign Recognition is used to give an audio description to a image sign traffic signs and thus warn a driver, and command or prohibit certain actions. A fast real-time and robust automatic traffic sign detection and recognition can support and disburden the driver and significantly increase driving safety and comfort.

Model for Predicting Traffic Signs Functional Service Life – The Republic of Croatia Case Study

open access: yesPromet (Zagreb), 2017
Traffic signs are the basic elements of communication between the relevant road authorities and road users. They manage, regulate, inform and warn road users to ensure their safe movement throughout transport networks.

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Research on classification and detection of traffic signs based on tags combined with real scenes

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2022
There are a lot of researches on traffic signs in the safe driving and automatic driving of vehicles. Due to the wide variety of traffic signs and the influence of various factors, the classification and detection of traffic signs is also a challenging ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...
