Hepatocyte CBX2 Safeguards Hepatic Lipid Homeostasis by Elevating Ca2+‐CaMKK2‐AMPK Signaling to Counter MASLD

In hepatocytes, CBX2 promotes H3K4me3 enrichment at the Orai1 promoter to enhance Orai1 transcriptional activation, thereby increasing intracellular Ca2+ levels. Cerebral Hemodynamic Changes in Older Adults With Cognitive Complaints According to the Presence of Peripheral Artery Disease

Among 132 older adults, 13 had peripheral artery disease (PAD), identified using the ankle–brachial index. Over approximately 13 months, PAD was associated with increasing middle cerebral artery mean flow velocity, with a significant difference in left‐sided velocity change between groups.
