Irreducible trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation
Irish Journal of Medical Science, 1983A case of irreducible trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation of the carpus is presented. Reduction was achieved at operation and good function resulted. The literature is reviewed.

VOLAR PERILUNATE TRANS-SCAPHOID DISLOCATION: A CASE
Hand Surgery, 2014We report a rare case of volar perilunate trans-scaphoid dislocation that was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.

Trans-Scaphoid Transcapitate Transhamate Fracture of the Wrist: Case Report
Journal of Hand Surgery, 2010We describe a new pattern of upper limb injury: a combination of fractures of both radius and ulna, with a rare type of trans-scaphoid transcapitate transhamate greater arc injury of the wrist and fractures of metacarpals, managed successfully.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE MANAGEMENT OF TRANS-SCAPHOID PERILUNATE FRACTURE-DISLOCATIONS
Hand Surgery, 2008This retrospective study evaluates the functional and radiological results of a series of acute trans-scaphoid dorsal perilunate fracture-dislocations treated operatively by minimally invasive technique. Twenty-one patients had surgery performed by one of three surgeons between 1994 and 2006, and all cases involved: (1) closed reduction of the carpus;

Irreducible trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation
The Journal of Hand Surgery, 1988Two cases of irreducible trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation are described. In each case there was soft tissue interposition between the proximal and distal elements of the fracture-dislocation and this prevented capitolunate and scaphoid reduction.

Radial Trans-scaphoid Perilunate Dislocation
The Journal of Trauma: Injury, Infection, and Critical Care, 1981An unusual case of trans-scaphoid perilunate fracture-dislocation of the carpus with radial displacement in a 19-year-old man is reported. On the basis of the clinical and radiologic findings it was assumed that the tip of the radial styloid process caused the scaphoid fracture. Following closed reduction with acceptable positioning of the carpal bones,

Recurrent Dorsal Trans-Scaphoid Perilunate Dislocation
Journal of Hand Surgery, 1984A case is presented in which trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation occurred through a scaphoid non-union. The place of open reduction and immediate bone grafting is discussed.

Palmar Dislocation of the Trans-Scaphoid-Lunate Unit
Journal of Hand Surgery, 1995A rare case of total palmar trans-scaphoid-lunate dislocation is reported. Open reduction, bone grafting and internal fixation were followed by uneventful healing. At follow-up 70 months after injury there is no osteonecrosis and the wrist function is almost normal.

Palmar Lunate Trans-Scaphoid, Trans-Triquetral Fracture-Dislocation
Journal of Hand Surgery, 1999A palmar lunate dislocation associated with fractures of the scaphoid and triquetrum and an avulsion fracture of the radial styloid is described. The injury resulted from a high energy dorsiflexion/axial compression force. Open reduction of the dislocated lunate and internal fixation of the scaphoid were done as an emergency procedure.

Trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation with fractured carpal bones in a child
Chirurgie de la Main, 2010Transcarpal fractures and dislocations in children are rarely reported in the orthopedics literature. This is a report of a 10-year-old boy who sustained a trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation with fractures across the carpal structure: these included injuries to the scaphoid, capitate and triquetrum bones.
