Abstract Aims Mortality in cardiogenic shock (CS) remains elevated, with the potential for CS causes to impact prognosis and risk stratification. The aim was to investigate in‐hospital prognosis and mortality in CS patients according to aetiology. We also assessed the prognostic accuracy of CardShock and IABP‐SHOCK II scores.

Sonographic Diagnosis of an Intercostal Artery Pseudoaneurysm: A Case Report and Literature Review
A 63‐year‐old male presented to the emergency department after being found unconscious during a welfare check. ABSTRACT Background Epicardial adipose tissue volume (EATV) is increasingly recognized as a cardiometabolic risk marker associated with adverse outcomes. The most established approach for EATV quantification is cardiac computed tomography (CT). MRI offers a radiation‐free alternative allowing simultaneous assessment of myocardial function and tissue ...

ABSTRACT The prognostic nutritional index (PNI) and geriatric nutritional risk index (GNRI) are simple markers that reflect immune and nutritional status. This retrospective study evaluated their prognostic significance in 276 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who received first‐line lenvatinib. PNI and GNRI were calculated based on

ABSTRACT Accurate differentiation between benign and malignant focal liver lesions (FLLs) remains a major diagnostic challenge. Vasomics, an emerging discipline, classifies vascular phenotypes into anatomical, biomechanical, biochemical, pathophysiological, and composite categories. Sono‐Vasomics, the ultrasound‐based subset, leverages super‐resolution
