Reconfigurable Ternary Logic‐In‐Memory With Organic Antiambipolar Transistor
We develop a ternary logic‐in‐memory with an organic antiambipolar transistor combining a ternary inverter and ternary nonvolatile memory in the same circuit. The memory function of the circuit enables electrical reconfiguration to obtain standard, negative, and positive ternary inverters in the same device.

Topological transconductance quantization in a four-terminal Josephson junction
Recently we predicted that the Andreev bound-state spectrum of four-terminal Josephson junctions may possess topologically protected zero-energy Weyl singularities, which manifest themselves in a quantized transconductance in units of 4e2/h when two of ...

Finding all elementary circuits exploiting transconductance [PDF]
Commonly used elementary circuits like single-transistor amplifier stages, the differential pair, and current mirrors basically exploit the transconductance property of transistors.

[Purposes] Previously, pH sensors have been fabricated based on pH-sensitive poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/bromothymol blue film and the semiconducting layer of poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate and a theoretical model has been ...

A Tunable Quadrature Oscillator with Only Transconductance Elements and Grounded Capacitors
A novel quadrature oscillator is realised with only transconductance elements (TEs) and grounded capacitors. The realised quadrature oscillator uses only two inverting and two non-inverting transconductance elements, along with two grounded capacitors ...

This review surveys organic electrochemical transistors as core building blocks for energy‐autonomous bio‐integrated electronics. We outline device physics, OMIEC materials, and electrolyte effects that enable sub‐volt, high‐gain operation, and discuss direct coupling with mechanical, thermal, and optical energy harvesters to realize battery‐free ...

Prediction of GaAs metal–semiconductor field-effect transistor parameter spread
It is shown that for Schottky-barrier field-effect transistors based on three-layer GaAs structures (film – buffer layer – substrate), the parameter spread caused by the nonuniform distribution of deep centers across the wafer can be characterized by a ...

Capacitive, charge‐domain compute‐in‐memory (CIM) stores weights as capacitance, eliminating DC sneak paths and IR‐drop, yielding near‐zero standbypower. In this perspective, we present a device to systems level performance analysis of most promising architectures and predict apathway for upscaling capacitive CIM for sustainable edge computing ...
