Impedance projection based transconductance amplifier

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 2003
A current feedback technique is proposed to realise the transposition of grounded impedance to a floating impedance or transconductance. This technique, that can be viewed as an impedance projection, also allows one to implement a new current conveyor topology and to extend applications based on transconductance amplification. A theoretical approach of

Discrimination of Tryptophan Enantiomers at Sub‐pm Level by Multiparametric Analysis of a Label‐Free Organic Immunosensor

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
Multiparametric analysis is a crucial aspect for enhancing the final sensitivity of biosensors based on organic transistors. The traditional approaches to treat the experimental data are not always suitable to extract the correct response. In this work EGOT characteristics are processed to achieve enantiodiscrimination of free Tryptophan enantiomers ...

Exploring the Application of Gold‐Assisted Exfoliation in Large‐scale Integration of n‐Type and p‐Type 2D‐FETs

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates gold‐assisted mechanical exfoliation as an effective method for obtaining large‐area monolayers of MoS2 and WSe2. Over 200 FETs are fabricated, providing the largest statistical dataset for devices produced by this technique and the first including p‐FETs.
