This paper presents a transconductance (gm) boosted CMOS current differencing transconductance amplifier (TBCDTA). The transconductance amplifier of CDTA has been modified in TBCDTA, which results in higher and wide range of transconductance with power dissipation lying in the same range as that of existing CDTA.

A family of CMOS operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) has been designed for very small G/sub m/'s (of the order of nanoamperes per volt) with transistors operating in moderate inversion.
