Electrolyte‐gated field‐effect transistors (EGFETs) based on single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) complexes functionalized with polymers bearing pendant quaternary ammonium‐containing pillar[5]arene moieties were prepared as proof‐of‐concept sensors for the detection of potassium perfluorooctanoate (PFOK).
