Entropy‐Driven Design of Low‐Melting‐Point Alloys via Compositionally Complex Strategy
Conventional low‐melting‐point alloys (LMPAs) are limited by a narrow compositional space and inherent property trade‐offs. This review presents an entropy‐driven design strategy that overcomes these limitations, ushering in a new class of low‐melting‐point compositionally complex alloys (LMCCAs).

Hyperpolarization of [13C]formate using parahydrogen
Sodium [13C]formate was successfully hyperpolarized using parahydrogen-induced polarization by means of side-arm hydrogenation (PHIP-SAH). Allyl [13C]formate was hyperpolarized using homogeneous hydrogenation of the corresponding unsaturated precursor ...

Fabrication Routes for Ionic Conducting Fiber Strain Sensors
Ionic conducting fiber strain sensors (ICFSs) offer compliant, textile‐integrable sensing. Thus far, the commercialization of ICFSs has been constrained by fiber fabrication routes. This review provides a fabrication‐centric analysis of ICFSs correlating processing strategies with material properties and scalability.

Near‐surface deuterium enrichment profiles for different microstructural types of TiAl after exposure at 700 °C in a heavy water‐containing environment. The deuterium levels are significantly higher than expected from natural occurrence, indicating that the heavy water dissociated during the exposure treatment and entered the specimens.

Enhanced transfer hydrogenation of 2-heptanone to 2-heptanol over synergistic Co/ZnO catalysts
2-Heptanol is an important secondary alcohol, applied in food, pharmaceutical and plastic industries. However, current industrial synthetic methods require energy intensive hydrogenation of 2-heptanone using homogeneous noble catalysts in alkaline medium.

Despite benefits to storage stability and handleability of aluminum scrap, octadecyl phosphonic acid (ODPA) SAMs reduce the tensile strength of wires produced using friction‐induced recycling. Etching and methyl diphosphonic acid (MDPA) coatings, however, have little effect.

Transfer hydrogenation reactions over single-atom catalysts
Transfer hydrogenation (TH) has become the new frontier of hydrogenation science owing to the use of non-H2 hydrogen sources which are safer and easier handling for constructing various hydrogenated products. As for heterogeneous catalysts applied for TH

Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron
