Abstract The local heat transfer results reveals the existence of two zones along the hot wall: the first, below, is known as establishment aand the second, above, as developed turbulence. Global heat transfer is best correlated by the Nusselt number as a function of the Grashof number, based on the length L of the passive upper wall of the dihedron.
