Ripple‐Free Input Current Quadratic Converter Based on Watkin–Johnson Topology
This article proposes a power electronics converter capable of providing high voltage gain while keeping a high‐quality input current ripple. The technique for achieving the zero input current ripple at a selected duty cycle consists of extracting two inductor currents from the source in a counter‐phase manner.

Three‐phase transformerless photovoltaic inverter without common mode leakage current
Since three‐phase transformerless (TPT) PV inverters have large common mode leakage current (CMLC), a TPT PV inverter without CMLC is proposed. The proposed inverter is derived from three single‐phase half‐bridge inverters and a boost converter.

This paper eliminates the conventional high‐gain DC‐DC converter by a novel single‐source reduced‐switch common ground (CG) nine‐level switched capacitor (SC) inverter, which has quadruple boosting capability. The proposed inverter has eleven switches, among which nine switches are driven at higher frequency while being clamped by low capacitor ...

A Topology Derivation Method of Non‐Isolated DC‐DC Converter Based on Inductance Model
Different from the traditional unit‐based topology derivation method, this paper aims to infer all the topologies under the model from the most basic inductance model, combined with mathematical principles. First, this method establishes the potential relationship through the inductance model, then proposes the topology restriction rules based on the ...

Robustness evaluation of transformerless PV inverter topologies [PDF]
Transformerless PV inverter topologies allow the PV inverter size and weight to be reduced while reaching a higher efficiency. The drawbacks of these topologies are that DC current components at the grid side must be cancelled by means of the employed controller and the number of power devices required to avoid currents through the parasitic capacitor ...
