A Current-Mode TransImpedance Amplifier for Capacitive Sensors
A Current-Mode (CM) TransImpedance Amplifier (TIA) based on Second Generation Current Conveyors (CCIIs) for capacitive microsensor measurements is presented. The designed electronic interface performs a capacitance-to-voltage conversion using 3 CCIIs and

A computerized Langmuir probe system [PDF]
For low pressure plasmas it is important to record entire single or double Langmuir probe characteristics accurately. For plasmas with a depleted high energy tail, the accuracy of the recorded ion current plays a critical role in determining the electron

Artificial Neuron Based on Electrical Anisotropy from WSe2 Field Effect Transistors
An artificial neuron was realized based on the anisotropic mobility of WSe2. Dendritic and axon‐multisynaptic performance of a neuron was achieved with optical and voltage pulses. Recognition accuracy of handwritten digits was obtained to 97% based on the synaptic weight of an artificial neuron.

RRAM Variability Harvesting for CIM‐Integrated TRNG
This work demonstrates a compute‐in‐memory‐compatible true random number generator that harvests intrinsic cycle‐to‐cycle variability from a 1T1R RRAM array. Parallel entropy extraction enables high‐throughput bit generation without dedicated circuits. This approach achieves NIST‐compliant randomness and low per‐bit energy, offering a scalable hardware
