Interlevel absorption of electromagnetic waves by nanocrystal with divalent impurity [PDF]
The energy spectrum of central divalent impurity is calculated using the effective mass approximation in a spherical quantum dot (QD). The dipole moment and oscillator strength of interlevel transition is defined.

Transition radiation of the neutrino toroid dipole moment [PDF]
We discuss the transition radiation of a neutrino induced by its toroid dipole moment ($ $) when crossing the interface between two different media with different refraction indices. A neutrino of 1 MeV energy emits approximately $10^{-40}$ keV at $ =e\sqrt{2}G_F/ ^2$.

Band structure and transition dipole moment play important roles in high-order harmonic generation from solid materials. In this work we provide a new all-optical technique to reconstruct the momentum-dependent transition dipole moment using the harmonic

We propose a method for measuring the magnetic dipole (M1) transition moment of the $6S_{1/2} \big(\mathrm{m}=-1/2\big)\leftrightarrow 5D_{3/2}\big(\mathrm{m}=-1/2\big)$ transition in single trapped Ba$^{+}$ by exploiting different symmetries in the ...

Increasing the Magnetic Transition Dipole Moment of Chiral Perovskite Through Eu3+ Doping
Chiral hybrid organic‐inorganic perovskites (HOIPs) are widely investigated due to their superior chiroptical and chiral spintronic properties. Research on the enhancement of chiroptical performance is highly important for the real application of chiral ...

Transition dipole moment orientation in films of solution processed fluorescent oligomers
The low light-outcoupling efficiency of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) is limiting their performance. Orientation of the transition dipole moment of the emitting molecules in the plane of the diodes can improve the luminance of OLEDs.

Hot spin spots in the laser-induced demagnetization [PDF]
Laser-induced femtosecond magnetism or femtomagnetism simultaneously relies on two distinctive contributions: (a) the optical dipole interaction (ODI) between a laser field and a magnetic system and (b) the spin expectation value change (SEC) between two
