Development of ZnO Buffer Layers for As‐Doped CdSeTe/CdTe Solar Cells with Efficiency Exceeding 20%
Highly resistive ZnO has been used as the buffer layer in As‐doped CdSeTe/CdTe solar cells to achieve efficiencies higher than 20%. STEM images and EDX mapping show that the quality of the front interface is dependent on the ZnO deposition temperature.
