Eastern Adriatic Hunter-Gatherers: From the Last Glacial Maximum to the Introduction of Farming. Tracing Lifeways and Cultural Transitions

The lecture explores around twelve thousand years of human presence in the Eastern Adriatic, from the Last Glacial Maximum to the onset of farming communities (ca. 20,000-8,000 cal BP). It explores how hunter-gatherers adapted to major climatic and environmental changes, developing flexible technologies and subsistence strategies.
