This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate: report of two cases [PDF]
Two cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate were reported. The first case was a 63-year-old male, whose chief complaints were dysuria and frequent urination. Total prostatectomy was performed. The histological diagnosis was pure transitional

Aquaporin‐3 and aquaporin‐5 impact the development of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma spheroids
Schematic representation of the role of aquaporin‐3 (AQP3) and aquaporin‐5 (AQP5) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Both proteins are upregulated in PDAC and are associated with tumor progression and metastatic potential. Silencing AQP3 or AQP5 in PDAC spheroids results in decreased diameter, area, and overall growth, underscoring their key ...

A rare malignant hepatic tumor of childhood: transitional liver cell tumor revisited
Transitional liver cell tumor is an extremely rare entity and has a poor prognosis. It has similar histopathologic findings with hepatoblastoma and hepatocellular carcinoma. Up to now, only 10 cases have been reported in the literature. We report on an 8-

A case of primary transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate [PDF]
We report a rare case of primary transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate. A 66-year-old man was referred to our hospital with the chief complaints of pollakisuria and residual urine sensation on January 21, 1998.

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.
