Topological properties of spaces ordered by preferences [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1999
In this paper, we analyze the main topological properties of a relevant class of topologies associated with spaces ordered by preferences (asymmetric, negatively transitive binary relations).

"A generalization to Sylow permutability of pronormal subgroups of finite groups" [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
In this note, we present a new subgroup embedding property that can be considered as an analogue of pronormality in the scope of permutability and Sylow permutability in finite groups.

Finite groups in which normality, permutability or Sylow permutability is transitive

open access: yesAnalele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta: Seria Matematica, 2014
Y. Li gave a characterization of the class of finite soluble groups in which every subnormal subgroup is normal by means of NE-subgroups: a subgroup H of a group G is called an NE-subgroup of G if NG(H) ∩ HG = H. We obtain a new characterization of these

Algorithms for permutability in finite groups [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
In this paper we describe some algorithms to identify permutable and Sylow-permutable subgroups of finite groups, Dedekind and Iwasawa finite groups, and finite T-groups (groups in which normality is transitive), PT-groups (groups in which permutability ...

Critical Fluctuations in Normal-to-Superconducting Transition [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
We study the phase transition to the superconducting state taking into account the fluctuations of the order parameter and of the vector magnetic field and discuss the question of the order of transition occuring in this model. We use the field-theoretical renormalization group approach and consider in two-loop approximation the gauge model for a ...

Some local properties defining $T_0$-groups and related classes of groups [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We call G a Hall_X -group if there exists a normal nilpotent subgroup N of G for which G/N' is an X -group. We call G a T_0-group provided G/Φ(G) is a T -group, that is, one in which normality is a transitive relation.

Groups in which normality is a weakly transitive relation

open access: yes, 2015
We study groups in which normality is a weakly transitive relation, giving an extension of Theorem A [On finiteT-groups, J. Aust. Math.Soc.75(2003)181–191] due to 17 Ballester-Bolinches and Esteban-Romero.

Groups with Chernikov conjugacy classes in which Sylow permutability is a transitive relation

open access: yes, 2010
A subgroup H of a periodic group G is said to be Sylow permutable in G if HS=SH for every Sylow subgroup S of G. Like normality, Sylow permutability is not a transitive relation.

A Robust Deep Temporal Causal Discovery Platform for Single‐Cell Gene Regulatory Network Reconstruction

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
scTIGER2.0 is a deep‐learning framework that infers gene regulatory networks from single‐cell RNA sequencing data. By integrating correlation, pseudotime ordering, deep learning and bootstrap‐based significance testing, it reduces false positives and reveals directional gene interactions.
