On the Accuracy of Transmission Loss Measurements [PDF]
One of the authors [M. Heckl and K. Seifert, Acustica 8, 212–220 (1958)] recently has described the performance of a wall between two, one-dimensional rooms (tubes). It was found that the TL was influenced by the relative lengths of the two rooms and by the sound absorption of the rooms.

Accuracy of propagation modeling on transmission lines [PDF]
This paper investigates the accuracy of the nonuniform multiconductor transmission lines (NMTL) equations when they are used to reproduce voltages and currents on structures made of nonparallel conductors. A commercial software based on the NEC2 kernel is used as a virtual measurement tool to validate the outcome of the NMTL model.

Transmission line cochlear models: Improved accuracy and efficiency [PDF]
This paper presents an efficient method to compute the numerical solutions of transmission-line (TL) cochlear models, and its application on the model of Verhulst et al. The stability region of the model is extended by adopting a variable step numerical method to solve the system of ordinary differential equations that describes it, and by adopting an ...

Return error simulation analysis and experimental study for RV reducer with ADAMS
Rotary vector (RV) reducers are a common type of transmission device, and their transmission accuracy is crucial for many applications. Among them, the return difference (in other words, the reverse clearance of the reducer is called return error) is an ...

Accuracy of the electromagnetic transient in overhead transmission lines
An examination is made of past, present and possible future results in evaluating the modal form of the transmission-line transient. An exact analysis of the problem has been formulated and a comparison of its accurate evaluation is made with other workers' available results.
