Modelling epidemics on d-cliqued graphs
Since social interactions have been shown to lead to symmetric clusters, we propose here that symmetries play a key role in epidemic modelling. Mathematical models on d-ary tree graphs were recently shown to be particularly effective for modelling ...

A note on uniform power connectivity in the SINR model
In this paper we study the connectivity problem for wireless networks under the Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) model. Given a set of radio transmitters distributed in some area, we seek to build a directed strongly connected communication

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

On comparison between the distance energies of a connected graph
Let G be a simple connected graph of order n having Wiener index W(G). The distance, distance Laplacian and the distance signless Laplacian energies of G are respectively defined asDE(G)=∑i=1n|υiD|,DLE(G)=∑i=1n|υiL−Tr‾|andDSLE(G)=∑i=1n|υiQ−Tr‾|, where ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Boundary Value Problems on a Star Thermal Graph and their Solutions
In this study, heat conductivity boundary value problems on a star graph are considered, inspired by engineering applications, e.g., heat conduction phenomena in mesh-like structures.

New Codes on Graphs Constructed by Connecting Spatially Coupled Chains
A novel code construction based on spatially coupled low-density parity-check (SC-LDPC) codes is presented. The proposed code ensembles are described by protographs, comprised of several protograph-based chains characterizing individual SC-LDPC codes. We

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Geometric interaction-based discrete dynamic graph link prediction model
With the widespread application of complex network analysis in many fields, such as recommendation systems, social networks, disease transmission networks, and financial transaction networks, the analysis of dynamic graphs has become a key challenge in ...

Systematic Block Markov Superposition Transmission of Repetition Codes
In this paper, we propose systematic block Markov superposition transmission of repetition~(BMST-R) codes, which can support a wide range of code rates but maintain essentially the same encoding/decoding hardware structure.
