Cu─X Bonds Regulated Conduction and Polarization Loss in Conductive Metal‐Organic Framework Under Electromagnetic Field

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A ligand regulation strategy by modifying functional motifs (X = −NH2, −OH, and −SH) in triphenylene is pioneered and developed to afford Cu─X bonds, achieving a synergistic conduction and polarisation loss mechanism under an electromagnetic field for enhanced electromagnetic wave absorption. Abstract Conduction and polarization are known to profoundly

Charge Injection and Transport in an Isoindigo‐Based Polymer Transistor

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents the charge injection and transport properties of field‐effect transistors based on an isoindigo‐bithiophene donor‐acceptor polymer semiconductor contacted with thiolated self‐assembled monolayer (SAM)‐functionalized electrodes. Temperature‐dependent contact characteristics are measured and simulated.

Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 Tunneling Heterojunction for High‐Performance, Polarization‐Sensitive, and Broadband Infrared Photodetector

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
An optimal dynamic balance between carrier lifetime and transit time is achieved in the Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 tunneling heterojunction, which simultaneously attains high responsivity (>103 A W−1) and a fast response time (≈5 µs). The specific detectivity can reach 3.75 × 1013 Jones at 633 nm and 1.8 × 1010 Jones at 1550 nm. Abstract New technologies such as

Aspects of burst errors in digital telecommunications transmission systems

open access: yes, 1994
This work, and thesis, explores an alternative approach to the performance monitoring of digital communications systems. The objectives are to identify the structure of burst error activity and sense any subsequent changes in this structure. This research project investigates the use of the autocorrelation function of the error activity.
