Efficient Large‐Area Graphene p‐n Junction Terahertz Receivers on an Integrated Optical Platform

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
An antenna‐integrated graphene Salisbury screen (AgSS) p‐n junction is engineered to detect radiation at 2.8 THz with room‐temperature noise equivalent powers < 300 pWHz−1/2, response time < 5 ns and a power dynamic range larger than four orders of magnitude.

Controllable Liquid Metal Microparticles Production and Patterning by Miniaturized Filter‐Sieve Generators

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
A miniaturized filter‐sieve generator is introduced as an innovative, compact platform for scalable production and patterning of liquid metal microparticles. By leveraging a simple electrochemical mechanism, the MFSG achieves high productivity, energy efficiency, and precise size control. Its versatility is demonstrated in LM droplet patterning and the

Sub‐µm Hot Carrier Diffusion in 2D MoS2 on High‐κ Metal‐Oxide Substrate

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
This study investigates the enhancement of hot carrier diffusion in monolayer MoS2 through dielectric engineering. By comparing MoS2 on quartz and high‐κ LaAlO3 (LAO) substrates, it demonstrates how substrate‐induced dielectric screening suppresses carrier scattering and recombination, prolonging hot carrier lifetimes.

Low Noise and Drift Reconfigurable Solution‐Processed Chalcogenide Phase Change Metasurfaces

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
Chalcogenide glasses, favored in reconfigurable optoelectronics, rely on costly ultra‐high vacuum‐based PVD methods. A cost‐effective, solution‐based approach to synthesize these materials, producing high‐quality antimony sulfide films with comparable phase change performance are introduced.
