Small Science, EarlyView.A facile procedure is developed for creating laser‐induced graphene (LIG)‐boron‐doped diamond nanowall (BDNW) nanostructures on flexible polyimide films. Although BDNW incorporation has resulted to increased defect density in the LIG, the obtained nanostructures benefit from enhanced electrical conductivity and specific surface area.

Efficient Large‐Area Graphene p‐n Junction Terahertz Receivers on an Integrated Optical Platform
Small Methods, EarlyView.An antenna‐integrated graphene Salisbury screen (AgSS) p‐n junction is engineered to detect radiation at 2.8 THz with room‐temperature noise equivalent powers < 300 pWHz−1/2, response time < 5 ns and a power dynamic range larger than four orders of magnitude.
