Long‐term sexual function after mid‐urethral slings for stress urinary incontinence in women
Persistent or recurrent incontinence and dissatisfaction with mid‐urethral sling surgery are more frequent among sexually inactive than sexually active women, whereas persistent pain is similar. Incontinence has greater negative impact on sexual activity than persisting pain 10‐20 years after surgery.
