JAMA: The Journal of the American Medical Association, 1969Elsewhere in this issue Jochimsen et al (p 1721) report the effective treatment of advanced renal failure in a patient with tuberculous sclerosis, a disease associated with multiple hamortomas. In their patient the diseased kidneys also contained bilateral clear cell tumors which were indistinguishable from renal cell adenocarcinoma.
