A synthetic benzoxazine dimer derivative targets c‐Myc to inhibit colorectal cancer progression
Benzoxazine dimer derivatives bind to the bHLH‐LZ region of c‐Myc, disrupting c‐Myc/MAX complexes, which are evaluated from SAR analysis. This increases ubiquitination and reduces cellular c‐Myc. Impairing DNA repair mechanisms is shown through proteomic analysis.

Cluster production within transport theory
Clusters are quite important at various situations in heavy-ion collisions and in excited low-density nuclear matter. Antisymmetrized molecular dynamics has been improved to take into account the correlations to form light clusters such as deuterons and ...

Adaptaquin selectively kills glioma stem cells while sparing differentiated brain cells. Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses show Adaptaquin disrupts iron and cholesterol homeostasis, with iron chelation amplifying cytotoxicity via cholesterol depletion, mitochondrial dysfunction, and elevated reactive oxygen species.

Asphalt pavement rutting depth prediction based on FGM(1, 1│sin) model
With the rapid development of urban transportation, pavement performance is directly related to the safety of transportation and environmental protection. To effectively model the rutting depth of asphalt pavements this study is based on the FGM(1, 1│sin)

Data Source Importance Evaluation for Highway Networks: A Complex Network-Based Approach
Data collection technologies or data sources are critical for highway network management. However, due to the limitations on available management resources, determining the importance of these data sources is necessary to allocate these resources ...

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).
