Correction of the Transposition of the Great Arteries
Inversion of the atrial flow in transposition of the great arteries is achieved in the following way: the remaining atrial septum is detached from behind, leaving it as a flap between both AV-valves. The incision is continued into the coronary sinus and the Vena magna cordis to the base of the left atrial appendage along the mitral ring.

Transposition of the great arteries with posterior aorta: A rare entity
A rare but historically significant variant of transposition of the great arteries (TGA) was first identified in 1971. A posterior and rightward-positioned aorta, an underdeveloped subaortic conus, and a well-developed subpulmonary conus characterize ...

Radiative Hybrid Nanofluid Flow Over a Porous Riga Surface: A Fuzzy–ANN Modeling Approach
ABSTRACT This study proposes a fuzzy–ANN model to investigate the nonlinear thermal transport in a tangent hyperbolic (Tanh) hybrid nanofluid flow past a porous Riga surface, considering the effects of Rosseland diffusion, chemical reactions, and internal volumetric heating.

Atomically precise metal cluster enzymes for pathological tissue regeneration
Schematic illustration of atomically precise metal cluster enzymes (MCEs) for pathological tissue regeneration. Atomically precise MCEs can modulate biological processes, such as attenuation of inflammatory responses, eradication of bacterial pathogens, regulation of angiogenesis, and promotion of cell development.
