Mutation spectrum of retinoblastoma patients in Vietnam

In total, 34 different mutations were found in 36 patients, including one SNP, four large deletions, five splicing sites, one missense, seven frameshifts and 17 nonsense mutations. Five novel mutations (red in bold) have not been reported in large databases such as LOVD and ClinVar.
