ABSTRACT The patient, a 77‐year‐old male smoker, presented to the Emergency Department with dyspnea, cough, fever, night sweats, and 12 kg weight loss, initially suggesting COPD or lung cancer. Chest CT revealed a right upper lobe mass, pleural effusion, and lymphadenopathy, prompting suspicion of malignancy.

SLE Presenting With Unilateral Loculated Pleural Effusion in a Young Hypertensive Female: A Rare Case Report and Literature Review

ABSTRACT SLE can rarely present with unilateral pleural effusion or hypertension. A 28‐year‐old woman with loculated exudative pleural effusion was diagnosed with SLE and lupus nephritis fulfilling EULAR/ACR criteria, treated with pigtail drainage, corticosteroids, and hydroxychloroquine, with good recovery.

Palliative Debulking of an Aortic Body Tumour With Right Atrial Invasion in a Dog Under Partial Cardiopulmonary Bypass

This report describes a French Bulldog that developed severe right‐sided congestive heart failure due to mechanical obstruction of venous return by a heart‐base tumor extending into the right atrium.
