Aluminum Phyllosilicate and Jarosite Formation Through Alteration of Reworked Al/Si‐Rich Volcaniclastic Sediments in Nili Fossae, Mars

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Planets, Volume 131, Issue 8, August 2026.
Abstract Aluminum phyllosilicates occur in 1–10s of km2 exposures of Noachian (∼3.7 Ga) rock across Mars and typically appear stratigraphically above Fe/Mg‐phyllosilicates. These units have been proposed to represent pedogenic basalt weathering sequences.

Models of stress at mid-ocean ridges and their offsets [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
This thesis aims to investigate the stresses at mid-ocean ridge offsets, and particularly at the particular class of offsets represented by oceanic microplates. Amongthese, the Easter microplate is one of the best surveyed.

A sedimentary model for transverse inland dunes in central Scandinavia [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
The largest dune fields in Sweden and Norway are small in international comparison but still form distinct parts of this previously glaciated landscape.

Aeolian Landforms in the ExoMars 2028 Landing Site [PDF]

open access: yes
The ESA ExoMars mission will land at Oxia Planum to search for signs of life on Mars [1, 2] (Fig. 1a). Aeolian processes play a significant role in shaping the landing surface, evidenced by documented features like dust devil tracks, bright bedforms ...
