Rounded Monodisperse Fluorescent Nanodiamonds
Nanodiamond (ND) shape control using rapid molten‐nitrate etching is studied as a scale‐up method for monodispersed rounded particles. Optimal etching condition (567°C for 6 min) yields NDs with atomically stepped surfaces and reduced sp2 content. Compared to angular control, rounded NDs exhibit an increased proportion of luminescent particles (66% vs.

A Generalized Model for Fuzzy Linear Programs with Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers
In this paper, we generalize a linear programming problem with symmetric trapezoidal fuzzy number which is introduced by Ganesan and et al. in [3] to a general kind of trapezoidal fuzzy number. In this way, we first establish a new arithmetic operation

Density‐clusters ordered weighted averaging operator based on generalized trapezoidal fuzzy numbers
To the problem of multi‐attribute decision making with fuzzy numbers, this paper proposes a new type of operator called the density‐clusters ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator based on generalized trapezoidal fuzzy (GTF) numbers.

How Well Can Words Capture Facial Appearance? A Cross‐Linguistic Exploration
Abstract When describing faces, people often struggle with verbalizing facial features. Free descriptions seem to focus predominantly on aspects of faces that are inferred, for example, psychological traits, age, attractiveness, and so on, whereas facial features themselves are often described in a limited and imprecise fashion.

Trapezoidal Linguistic Cubic Fuzzy TOPSIS Method and Application in a Group Decision Making Program
The aim of this paper is to define some new operation laws for the trapezoidal linguistic cubic fuzzy number and Hamming distance. Furthermore, we define and use the trapezoidal linguistic cubic fuzzy TOPSIS method to solve the multi criteria decision ...

ABSTRACT This study develops an integrated GIS and multicriteria decision making (MCDM) approach supported by the Interval Type‐2 Fuzzy Risk Deviation Performance Index (IT2F‐RDPI) method to assess the wind energy potential in Diyarbakır Province. Fifteen criteria, including wind speed, slope, land use, elevation, soil structure, and proximity to ...

ABSTRACT Traditional loan approval processes are manual, time‐consuming and susceptible to human bias. This research develops a machine learning‐based system to automate loan eligibility assessment while enhancing efficiency, accuracy and fairness in credit decision‐making. We developed and compared multiple supervised ML models—including Random Forest,
