Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) infection induces severe intestinal inflammation and acute diarrhea in piglets, yet the molecular mechanism remains incompletely understood. The M protein activates NLRP3 inflammasome through dual mechanisms: direct binding to the NLRP3 LRR domain and disruption of TRIM31‐mediated K48‐linked ubiquitination.

By the Sea is one of the masterpieces of Tanzanian writer Abdulrazak Gurnah, winner of the 2021 Nobel Prize for Literature. In sepsis‐induced liver injury, marked neutrophil infiltration correlates with disease severity. Neutrophil SLC11A1 drives intracellular Fe2+ and ROS via the Fenton reaction, promoting NETs formation. Hepatocyte‐derived CXCL10 recruits neutrophils and activates the JAK/STAT1/SLC11A1 axis, enhancing NETs‐mediated inflammation.
