Subcutaneous, subtotal traumatic amputation of a thigh
The American Journal of Surgery, 1948Abstract A case report was given of a severe crushing injury to the thigh which was almost entirely subcutaneous and hence was called a subcutaneous subtotal, traumatic amputation. The treatment was conservative and successful.
