Holey‐structured, edge‐carboxylated graphene with a controlled specific surface area was synthesized using an environmentally friendly, CO2‐activated, KOH‐free ball‐milling process. Control of Gemcitabine Activity With Blue and Red Light

Treating cancer with chemotherapy is generally associated with many side effects, which can be addressed by selectively releasing the desired drugs with visible light. Sixteen new blue light‐activatable cytostatics were introduced, with the gemcitabine derivative exhibiting ideal properties.

Asymptotic properties of cross‐classified sampling designs

Abstract We investigate the family of cross‐classified sampling designs across an arbitrary number of dimensions. We introduce a variance decomposition that enables the derivation of general asymptotic properties for these designs and the development of straightforward and asymptotically unbiased variance estimators.
