Tree-decompositions of small pathwidth
The treewidth \(\text{ tw}(G)\) of \(G\) can be defined as minimum width of a tree-decomposition of \(G\), or minimum \(\omega(H)-1\) of a chordal triangulation \(H\) of \(G\). Similarely, the pathwidth \(\text{ pw}(G)\) can be defined via path-decompositions or triangulations into interval graphs. Thereby a path-decomposition is a tree-decomposition \(

A tree‐inspired hydrogel interfacial reactor couples solar evaporation with photocatalysis for simultaneous desalination and waste water treatment. The bilayer design achieves 2.14 kg·m−2·h−1 evaporation rate with 79% dye degradation under one sun, demonstrating that photothermal heating and evaporation induced pollutant enrichment create a self ...

Product Structure and Tree-Decompositions
This paper explores the structure of graphs defined by an excluded minor or an excluded odd minor through the lens of graph products and tree-decompositions. We prove that every graph excluding a fixed odd minor is contained in the strong product of two graphs each with bounded treewidth.

Rapid Fabrication of Self‐Propelled and Steerable Magnetic Microcatheters for Precision Medicine
A rapid Joule heating fabrication method for the production of self‐propelling, adaptive microcatheters, with tunable stiffness and integrated microfluidic channels is presented. Demonstrated through three microrobotic designs, including a steerable guiding catheter, an untethered wave‐crawling TubeBot, and a distal‐end propelled microcatheter, it was ...
