Positive‐Tone Nanolithography of Antimony Trisulfide with Femtosecond Laser Wet‐Etching
A butyldithiocarbamic acid (BDCA) etchant is used to fabricate various micro‐ and nanoscale structures on amorphous antimony trisulfide (a‐Sb2S3) thin film via femtosecond laser etching. Numerical analysis and experimental results elucidate the patterning mechanism on gold (reflective) and quartz (transmissive) substrates.

UAV-Based Photogrammetric Tree Height Measurement for Intensive Forest Monitoring
The measurement of tree height has long been an important tree attribute for the purpose of calculating tree growth, volume, and biomass, which in turn deliver important ecological and economical information to decision makers.

Incremental tree height reduction for code compaction [PDF]
This paper introduces a new Tree Height Reduction (THR) technique for code compaction. THR, which is well known parallelizing method, has two interesting properties: while known compilation techniques can get constant factor of speed-up, THR has speed-up

Glyphosate (GLY) and its primary metabolite, aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA), are photodegraded using a poly(vinylidene fluoride) membrane with immobilized titanium dioxide (PVDF‐TiO2) in a continuous flow‐through operation under solar light. At optimized conditions, the PVDF‐TiO2 membrane achieved 95% GLY and 80% AMPA removal with •O2− as the ...

The study explores structural and magnetic properties of one of the most recent topological quantum materials (MnBi2Te4). The Mn‐poor structure leads to stacking faults (quintuple layer ‐ QL of Bi2Te3 formation instead of a septuple layer ‐ SL of MnBi2Te4), resulting in a coexistence between weak antiferromagnetism and ferromagnetism.

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.
