Endothelial Cell‐Based Vascular Bandages for Blood–Brain Barrier Repair and Targeted siRNA Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
mECs restore blood–brain barrier function after cerebral ischemia–reperfusion by simultaneously targeting, supporting, and regulating the damaged vasculature. mECs home to injured cerebral vessels through interactions with highly expressed VLA‐4, reinforce endothelial integrity by forming new junctions, and, upon OGD‐SN treatment, acquire enhanced ...

CACLENS: A Multitask Deep Learning System for Enzyme Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CACLENS, a multimodal and multi‐task deep learning framework integrating cross‐attention, contrastive learning, and customized gate control, enables reaction type classification, EC number prediction, and reaction feasibility assessment. CACLENS accelerates functional enzyme discovery and identifies efficient Zearalenone (ZEN)‐degrading enzymes.

Trial of Labor Following Cesarean Delivery

Obstetrics & Gynecology, 1994
To examine several variables that may affect the success rate for a trial of labor after previous cesarean delivery, as well as those affecting the rate of uterine rupture.Between June 1, 1990 and December 31, 1991, we performed a consecutive, prospective study of 593 pregnant women who had had at least one abdominal delivery in the past, and attempted
