This Perspective highlights atom probe tomography as a powerful tool for understanding the atomic‐scale defect chemistry in HfO2‐based ferroelectrics. 3D mapping of dopants, point defects, and interface chemistry can provide new insight into defect‐driven mechanisms underpinning the ferroelectricity in the system and guide the design of more reliable ...

Harmonic functions on the Sierpinski triangle
In this paper, we give a few results on the local behavior of harmonic functions on the Sierpinski triangle - more precisely, of their restriction to a side of the triangle. First we present a general formula that gives the Hölder exponent of such a function in a given point. From this formula, we deduce an explicit algorithm to calculate this exponent

Low‐frequency noise spectroscopy defines the resolvable conductance states of synaptic FeFETs by coupling read‐current fluctuation with usable dynamic range. The resulting noise‐limited bit precision establishes a universal, device‐agnostic reliability metric beyond the memory window, enabling quantitative benchmarking and rational design of high ...

Binary‐to‐Ternary Reconfigurable Transistors Using Plasma‐Assisted MoS2
A binary‐to‐ternary reconfigurable transistor is demonstrated using a dual‐gated molybdenum disulfide homojunction with localized O2 plasma treatment. The device exhibits on/intermediate and intermediate/off current ratios of 102 and 104, respectively, and the intermediate state is electrically tunable in the ternary mode.

Quantitative analysis of randomness exhibited by river channels using chaos game technique: Mississippi, Amazon, Sava and Danube case studies [PDF]
This paper presents a numerical evaluation of the randomness which can be observed in the geometry of major river channels. The method used is based upon that of generating a Sierpinski triangle via the chaos game technique, played with the sequence ...

High‐Throughput Discovery of Quantum Frustrated Materials
Physics‐guided discovery of frustrated kagome and triangular magnets. ABSTRACT Geometrical frustration provides a fertile platform for realizing exotic quantum phases such as spin liquids, yet, the predictive identification of frustrated magnets remains limited.

The liposome nanoreactor method enables uniform metal nanoparticle synthesis using the interior as a reaction environment. We demonstrate that peptide sequences and lipid compositions act as a functional molecular switch to control reaction environments in liposome nanoreactors.

Sky‐Directional Radiative Cooling Meta‐Films for Daylighting Windows
A geometry‐mediated microprism meta‐film enables transparent, sky‐directional radiative cooling for daylighting windows. By decoupling control of visible transmittance from mid‐infrared emissivity, ground‐emitted heat absorption is suppressed while skyward heat dissipation is enhanced.
