SMARANDACHE NON-ASSOCIATIVE RINGS [PDF]
An associative ring is just realized or built using reals or complex; finite or infinite by defining two binary operations on it. But on the contrary when we want to define or study or even introduce a non-associative ring we need two separate algebraic ...

High‐Order Sliding‐Mode control for MIMO Systems
ABSTRACT This paper extends Lyapunov‐based homogeneous high‐order sliding‐mode control to a class of uncertain non‐square multi‐input multi‐output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with a well‐defined vector relative degree. The considered systems admit a normal‐form representation with an uncertain but full‐row‐rank input‐gain matrix.

The role of identification in data‐driven policy iteration: A system theoretic study
Abstract The goal of this article is to study fundamental mechanisms behind so‐called indirect and direct data‐driven control for unknown systems. Specifically, we consider policy iteration applied to the linear quadratic regulator problem. Two iterative procedures, where data collected from the system are repeatedly used to compute new estimates of ...

Waring problem for triangular matrix algebra
The Matrix Waring problem is if we can write every matrix as a sum of $k$-th powers. Here, we look at the same problem for triangular matrix algebra $T_n(\mathbb{F}_q)$ consisting of upper triangular matrices over a finite field. We prove that for all integers $k, n \geq 1$, there exists a constant $\mathcal C(k, n)$, such that for all $q> \mathcal ...

Mappings on triangular algebras
In this dissertation, we study certain types of linear mappings on triangular algebras. Triangular algebras are algebras whose elements can be written in the form of 2 x 2 matrices [special characters omitted]where a ∈ A, b ∈ B, m ∈ M and where A, B are ...

Machine learning provides a unifying framework to connect structure, fluorescence properties, and applications of carbon‐based quantum dots. This review highlights how data‐driven strategies enable fluorescence regulation, reveal underlying mechanisms, and accelerate the rational design of functional carbon dots.

Inductive constructions for Lie bialgebras and Hopf algebras
In recent years, two generalisations of the theory of Lie algebras have become prominent, namely the "semi-classical" theory of Lie bialgebras and the "quantum" theory of Hopf algebras, including the quantized enveloping algebras.

ABSTRACT Infrastructure‐led development in rapidly urbanizing economies often generates accessibility gains that fail to translate into balanced urban outcomes, particularly when local fiscal institutions redirect those gains toward revenue‐generating land uses. Filling this gap, especially in fiscally constrained county‐level cities where land finance
