A Branch‐and‐Price Algorithm for the Symmetric Electric Traveling Salesman Problem
ABSTRACT The Electric Traveling Salesman Problem (ETSP) is a variant of the well‐known TSP in which an electric vehicle must visit a set of customers minimizing the total cost of its route. The vehicle is assumed to be equipped with a battery of limited capacity that may need to be recharged along the route.

CSRcalculator: A reproducible framework for understanding plant ecological strategies
Understanding how plants respond to environmental change is essential for conserving biodiversity and managing ecosystems under climate change. We developed CSRcalculator, an open‐source platform that brings together major competitor, stress‐tolerator, ruderal (CSR) models to make ecological strategy classification accessible, reproducible and scalable.

Sliding Mode Control in Aerospace Applications: A Survey
ABSTRACT Sliding mode control (SMC) enjoys robustness to matched and unmatched (in the case of minimum phase input‐output dynamics) bounded perturbations, and finite time convergence. Second‐order and higher‐order sliding mode control systems (2‐SMC/HOSMC) retain all the advantages of sliding mode control, but in addition can be applied to systems of ...

Images of Generalized Multilinear Polynomials on Upper Triangular Matrix Algebras
A polynomial is called a generalized multilinear polynomial if it is a sum of some multilinear polynomials over a field. The goal of this paper is to give a description of the images of generalized multilinear polynomials on upper triangular matrix ...

Triangular Decomposition of the Composition Algebra of the Kronecker Algebra
Let \(K\) be a finite field and let \(R\) be a finite dimensional \(K\)-algebra. Denote by \(S_1,\ldots,S_n\) a complete set of pairwise non-isomorphic simple right \(R\)-modules. Given a finite right \(R\)-module \(M\) we denote by \(\mathbf{dim} M=(m_1,\dots,m_n)\) the dimension vector of \(M\) in \(\mathbb{Z}^n\), that is the coordinate \(m_j\) is ...

High‐Order Sliding‐Mode control for MIMO Systems
ABSTRACT This paper extends Lyapunov‐based homogeneous high‐order sliding‐mode control to a class of uncertain non‐square multi‐input multi‐output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with a well‐defined vector relative degree. The considered systems admit a normal‐form representation with an uncertain but full‐row‐rank input‐gain matrix.

Classical R-Operators and Integrable Generalizations of Thirring Equations
We construct different integrable generalizations of the massive Thirring equations corresponding loop algebras g^σ in different gradings and associated ''triangular'' R-operators.

Non-finitary Generalizations of Nil-triangular Subalgebras of Chevalley Algebras
Let $N\Phi(K)$ be a niltriangular subalgebra of Chevalley algebra over a field or ring $K$ associated with root system $\Phi$ of classical type. For type $A_{n-1}$ it is associated to algebra $NT(n,K)$ of (lower) nil-triangular $n \times n$- matrices ...
