Seepage from an Array of Triangular Channels
Journal of the Engineering Mechanics Division, 1967The problem of seepage losses from a system of parallel triangular channels is solved exactly by use of conformal mapping. Formulas for the discharge and the shape of the free surface are given. In general, the system is underlain by a drainage layer at a finite depth, and the case of an infinitely deep aquifer is solved separately.

Side Weir in Triangular Channel
Journal of Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, 1992In this study, numerical investigations of flow over side weirs in triangular channels are reported. Numerical models are obtained from energy principles and solved by a finite difference method. The resutls are presented in graphical form. The study covers sub- and supercritical flow regimes.

A triangular shaped channel MIM waveguide filter
Journal of Modern Optics, 2012A compact plasmonic branch-shaped metal–insulator–metal (MIM) waveguide with a triangular-annular channel is proposed and investigated. The results show that all-band waves can transmit through the structure when it has transmission symmetry. As the symmetry is broken, a typical filtering function is obtained and the transmissivity of the resonance ...

Drag Reduction in a 90° Triangular Open Channel
Journal of Rheology, 1980Drag reduction with polymer additives was measured in a 90° triangular open channel. Also, the laser Doppler technique was employed to measure the velocity profiles in the same flow system. The amount of drag reduction depended on both Reynolds number and polymer concentration in almost the same manner as obtained in a turbulent pipe flow. In addition,

Control of hydraulic jump by sill in triangular channel
Journal of Hydraulic Research, 2003The control of an hydraulic jump by a thin wall continuous sill in a triangular channel with an aperture of 90° is analyzed experimentally. A relationship for the control of the hydraulic jump under any conditions of generation is presented in an adimensionnal form in order to have a general validity character.

Uniform Flow in a Shallow, Triangular Open Channel
Journal of the Hydraulics Division, 1961Smooth, shallow, triangular open channel was investigated to determine characteristics of uniform flow in idealized highway gutter; depths, velocity contours, and transverse velocity distributions are presented in graphs and numerical tables for various slope configurations and flow rates.

MHD Mixed Convection in a Channel with a Triangular Cavity
Numerical Heat Transfer, Part A: Applications, 2012A numerical study has been carried out in an open channel, which have a heated triangular cavity at the bottom wall. The remaining walls of the channel are adiabatic. Flow inlets to the channel with uniform velocity and fully developed flow are accepted at the exit of the channel.

Superplastic Forming of Triangular Channels with Sharp Radii
Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance, 2014The superplastic forming process is used to form light weight components with complex features in one manufacturing step. However, the non-uniformity of the produced part thickness and the possibility of severe thinning are among its major disadvantages. The goal of this parametric study was to investigate feasible geometries for triangular channels to

Triangular MIMO Relay Channels: Simultaneous Signal and Interference Alignment
IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2015In this paper, we propose a new three-user network information flow model, referred to as the triangular multiple-input–multiple-output (MIMO) relay (TMR) channel, which consists of three users and three relays equipped with $n_{U}$ and $n_{R} $ antennas, respectively.
