On General Summability Factor Theorems

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2007
The goal of this paper is to obtain sufficient and (different) necessary conditions for a series ∑an, which is absolutely summable of order k by a triangular matrix method A ...

Commuting upper triangular binary morphisms [PDF]

open access: yesFundamenta Informaticae, Volume 191, Issues 3-4: Iiro Honkala's 60 Birthday (November 10, 2024) fi:10954, 2023
A morphism $g$ from the free monoid $X^*$ into itself is called upper triangular if the matrix of $g$ is upper triangular. We characterize all upper triangular binary morphisms $g_1$ and $g_2$ such that $g_1g_2=g_2g_1$.

Integration of single‐cell and bulk RNA‐sequencing data reveals the prognostic potential of epithelial gene markers for prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Prostate cancer is a leading malignancy with significant clinical heterogeneity in men. An 11‐gene signature derived from dysregulated epithelial cell markers effectively predicted biochemical recurrence‐free survival in patients who underwent radical surgery or radiotherapy.

On implicit coupled systems of fuzzy fractional delay differential equations with triangular fuzzy functions

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2021
In this paper, we introduce and study an implicit coupled system of fuzzy fractional delay differential equations involving fuzzy initial values and fuzzy source functions of triangular type.

Combinatorial and Recurrent Approaches for Efficient Matrix Inversion: Sub-cubic algorithms leveraging Fast Matrix products [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2023
In this paper, we introduce novel fast matrix inversion algorithms that leverage triangular decomposition and recurrent formalism, incorporating Strassen's fast matrix multiplication. Our research places particular emphasis on triangular matrices, where we propose a novel computational approach based on combinatorial techniques for finding the inverse ...

Classification of acute myeloid leukemia based on multi‐omics and prognosis prediction value

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The Unsupervised AML Multi‐Omics Classification System (UAMOCS) integrates genomic, methylation, and transcriptomic data to categorize AML patients into three subtypes (UAMOCS1‐3). This classification reveals clinical relevance, highlighting immune and chromosomal characteristics, prognosis, and therapeutic vulnerabilities.

On Factorization and Calculation of Determinant of Block Matrices with Triangular Submatrices

open access: yesJournal of New Theory
In this paper, we consider some block matrices of dimension $nm\times{nm}$ whose components are triangular matrices of dimension $n\times{n}$. We prove that the determinant of such block matrices is determined only by the diagonal elements of their ...

Derivations of upper triangular matrix rings

open access: yesLinear Algebra and its Applications, 1993
AbstractWe give a description of the derivations in Tn(R), the ringof upper triangular matrices over a ring R, assuming only the existence of an identity element. We show that every derivation is the sum of an inner derivation and another one induced from R.

Hydrogen sulfide repairs testicular damage induced by heat stress in rats

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Heat stress can cause testicular damage and affect fertility. We investigated the potential protective role of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) against heat stress‐induced testicular injury and observed that H2S donor NaHS can effectively restore testicular damage in rats by inhibiting inflammation and oxidative stress. Our results suggest that H2S might be used

Triangular algebras with nonlinear higher Lie n-derivation by local actions

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics
This paper was devoted to the study of the so-called nonlinear higher Lie n-derivation of triangular algebras $ \mathcal{T} $, where $ n $ is a nonnegative integer greater than two.
