Some extensions of right N-semilocal rings

open access: yesJournal of Scientific Research in Science
In this paper, we study the necessary and sufficient conditions for the formal triangular matrix ring, the generalized upper triangular matrix ring, the trivial Morita context, and the Morita context to be right N-semilocal, right N-semiperfect, right N ...

Waring problem for triangular matrix algebra

open access: yesLinear Algebra and its Applications
The Matrix Waring problem is if we can write every matrix as a sum of $k$-th powers. Here, we look at the same problem for triangular matrix algebra $T_n(\mathbb{F}_q)$ consisting of upper triangular matrices over a finite field. We prove that for all integers $k, n \geq 1$, there exists a constant $\mathcal C(k, n)$, such that for all $q> \mathcal ...

Triangular matrix algebras over Hensel rings [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1973
Let (R, m) be a local Hensel ring and A an algebra over R which is finitely generated and projective as an R-module. If A contains a complete set of mutually orthogonal primitive idempotents e 1 , ⋯ , e n {e_1 ...

Synergistic Osteogenesis After Co‐Administration of cmRNAs Encoding BMP‐2 and BMP‐7 Utilizing a Transcript‐Activated Matrix

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that the dual delivery of BMP‐2/‐7 coding cmRNAs for bone healing is demonstrated as feasible, safe, and highly osteogenic. Compared to single BMP‐2 or BMP‐7 cmRNAs, the combination enhances the production of both mineral and organic components of the extracellular matrix when delivered using a collagen‐HA scaffold, supporting ...

Bounds for the norm of lower triangular matrices on the Cesàro weighted sequence space

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2017
This paper is concerned with the problem of finding bounds for the norm of lower triangular matrix operators from l p ( w ) $l_{p}(w)$ into c p ( w ) $c_{p} (w)$ , where c p ( w ) $c_{p}(w)$ is the Cesàro weighted sequence space and ( w n ) $(w_{n})$ is ...

Universal localization of triangular matrix rings [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 2006
If R R is a triangular 2 × 2 2\times 2 matrix ring, the columns P P and Q Q are f.g. projective R R -modules. We describe the universal localization of R R which makes invertible an R R -module morphism

Patterning the Void: Combining L‐Systems with Archimedean Tessellations as a Perspective for Tissue Engineering Scaffolds

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces a novel multi‐scale scaffold design using L‐fractals arranged in Archimedean tessellations for tissue regeneration. Despite similar porosity, tiles display vastly different tensile responses (1–100 MPa) and deformation modes. In vitro experiments with hMSCs show geometry‐dependent growth and activity. Over 55 000 tile combinations

Hochschild Cohomology of Triangular Matrix Algebras

open access: yesJournal of Algebra, 2000
In the last years, the study of the Hochschild cohomology has played an important role in the representation theory of finite dimensional algebras. In the paper under review, the authoresses study the Hochschild cohomology of a triangular matrix algebra of the form \(B=\left(\begin{smallmatrix} R &0\\ M &A\end{smallmatrix}\right)\).

ON GENERALIZED TRIANGULAR MATRIX RINGS [PDF]

open access: yesEast Asian mathematical journal, 2014
For a generalized triangular matrix ring T = R M 0 S , over rings R and S having only the idempotents 0 and 1 and over an (R;S)-bimodule M, we characterize all homomorphisms 's and all - derivations of T. Some of the homomorphisms are compositions of an inner homomorphism and an extended or a twisted homomorphism.

Unveiling Phonon Contributions to Thermal Conductivity and the Applicability of the Wiedemann—Franz Law in Ruthenium and Tungsten Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Thermal transport in Ru and W thin films is studied using steady‐state thermoreflectance, ultrafast pump–probe spectroscopy, infrared‐visible spectroscopy, and computations. Significant Lorenz number deviations reveal strong phonon contributions, reaching 45% in Ru and 62% in W.
