Triangular non-orthogonal space-time block code

The 57th IEEE Semiannual Vehicular Technology Conference, 2003. VTC 2003-Spring., 2004
We know that a complex orthogonal design that provides full diversity and full transmission rate for a space-time block code is not possible for more than two transmitter antennas. Recently, some quasi-orthogonal designs for space-time block codes are proposed.

Thermal insulation provided by triangular sectioned attic spaces

Applied Energy, 1977
Abstract The pitch of a triangular roof, apex upwards, should be about 15° in order to achieve a relatively high ratio of thermal insulation (in the absence of wind penetration) to capital investment. The thermal insulation provided by the contained air may be enhanced by incorporating a light, inverted T structure (suspended from the roof apex ...

Equilateral Triangular System of Well Spacing

Transactions of the AIME, 1930
Early in the development of every oil field, the operators of relativelylarge tracts of land must decide upon a spacing plan for the wells to bedrilled upon their respective tracts. Usually it is desirable to have a systemof regular spacing laid out over the entire tract, making such adjustments asmay be necessary near land boundaries ...

The posterior triangular space: Troublemaker of the anus

The American Journal of Surgery, 1958
Abstract The posterior triangular space of the anus is an important anatomical landmark in the anal canal. This potential compartment lies between the subcutaneous and deep components of the external anal sphincter and within the V-shaped convergence of the posterior fibers of the superficial portion of that muscle.

Bounded distortion mapping spaces for triangular meshes

ACM Transactions on Graphics, 2012
The problem of mapping triangular meshes into the plane is fundamental in geometric modeling, where planar deformations and surface parameterizations are two prominent examples. Current methods for triangular mesh mappings cannot, in general, control the worst case distortion of all triangles nor guarantee injectivity. This paper introduces a

Flexible Market, Investment and Space Triangular Strategy for Office Investments

24th Annual European Real Estate Society Conference, 2017
One of the emerging problems we currently face in the Netherlands is the high vacancy rates of office buildings. Along with the globally dynamic markets and financial crisis came the awareness for office vacancy as a risk for the functioning of office markets.

Quantum computation in triangular decoherence-free subdynamic space

Frontiers of Physics, 2015
A formalism of quantum computing with 2000 qubits or more in decoherence-free subspaces is presented. The subspace is triangular with respect to the index related to the environment. The quantum states in the subspaces are projected states ruled by a subdynamic kinetic equation.
