Folding transition of the triangular lattice in a discrete three--dimensional space [PDF]
A vertex model introduced by M. Bowick, P. Di Francesco, O. Golinelli, and E. Guitter (cond-mat/9502063) describing the folding of the triangular lattice onto the face centered cubic lattice has been studied in the hexagon approximation of the cluster ...

Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

Semigroup Generation Theorems of Anti-Triangular Operator Matrices and Their Application
This paper deals with the semigroup generation of anti-triangular operator matrices M with unbounded entries in Hilbert space. Based on the space decomposition, some necessary and sufficient conditions are given for M to generate contraction semigroups ...

Shuttle-launch triangular space station [PDF]
A triangular space station deployable in orbit is described. The framework is comprized of three trusses, formed of a pair of generally planar faces consistine of foldable struts.

Search in P2P triangular mesh by space filling trees [PDF]
We introduce a new P2P exploration strategy based on an extension of space filling curve principles. This stategy is exhaustive and do not generates redundant messages. Initiated at the source node of a search query, a walker is sent to explore the neighbourhood of this node.

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

USE OF TRIANGULAR MODELS OF NON-STATIONARY PROCESSES IN MODELING VARIABILITY OF HEART RHYTHM
The subject matter is a mathematical model describing the process of heart rhythm variability, which is based on the use of triangular models of non-stationary random processes in the Hilbert space.

In this paper, we introduce the b-triangular property in fuzzy b-metric space. Furthermore, we give some new fixed point results in fuzzy b-metric space for non-continuous mappings.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...
